First let me say that when we barter a hypnosis show we provide the same top notch, professional show that we give our full paying customers. The barter includes one (1) show unless we agree before hand on more than one. That said here how it works. I work hard, and I like to play hard. To qualify for a "barter" situation the following things are required:
The minimum barter/trade activity is always for at least two folks, no one likes to travel alone. Hotel/motel accommodations are always part of the deal. Anything connected to the event or venue is included. Let me explain a little better. If you are a ski resort looking for an entertainer the trade includes staying at the venue, lift tickets, ski rentals, etc. If you are a Hotel Takeover/Trade Show the trade includes hotel (always at the venue) and event activities. If a food plan is offered to event participants then we expect that to be part of the barter.
If you are a resort (all inclusive) we typically understand that the air fare will be on us and not you. But the resort must be an all inclusive and again the comp must be for two. All our barter exchanges to date have been for resorts, I like vacations, but that does not mean that other possibilities are a closed issue.
